These terms govern your use of GodPack at godpackhq.com, an independent trading card game set and card database created and operated by Mark Solis. By browsing the site or using any of its features you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may browse, search and reference GodPack’s set and card data for personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to scrape the site at a volume that degrades service for others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, resell or republish the database wholesale, or use the contact form to send spam or abusive content. We may restrict access to anyone who does.

Card names, card images, set names and other game content shown on GodPack are the property of their respective rights holders. GodPack is an independent database and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, Bandai, Wizards of the Coast, or any other card rights holder. Our own site design, written descriptions and page layouts remain the property of GodPack.

Set data, card lists, pull rates and prices are provided for reference only. Prices change constantly and are drawn from third-party sources, so figures shown here may be inaccurate or out of date at the moment you read them. We make no guarantee that any information on GodPack is complete, current or correct, and you should confirm details with the seller or publisher before making a purchase decision.

GodPack links to third-party sites such as TCGplayer for pricing and availability. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, policies or the outcome of any transaction you enter into with them.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GodPack and Mark Solis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, collection value or data, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the site or any information on it, including reliance on pricing or availability data.
