GodPack (“GodPack”, “we”, “us”) operates the website godpackhq.com, an independent trading card game set and card database covering Pokemon, One Piece, Riftbound and Magic. The site is created and operated by Mark Solis. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Analytics data. When you browse GodPack we collect standard analytics information such as the pages you view, the approximate region you are visiting from, your device and browser type, referring website, and how long you spend on a page. This data is collected in aggregate through Google Analytics and is not used to identify you personally.

Cookies. We and our service providers place cookies and similar technologies on your device to measure traffic and, where applicable, to serve advertising. See “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” below.

Contact form submissions. If you use our contact form we collect the name, email address and message you provide (and an optional subject line) so that we can respond to you.

We use analytics data to understand which sets and cards people are looking for, to fix errors, and to improve the structure and speed of the database. We use contact form submissions solely to reply to your enquiry, correct data you report as inaccurate, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email to addresses submitted through the contact form.

GodPack uses cookies, including analytics cookies that help us count visits and traffic sources, and advertising cookies set by third-party vendors. Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so will not stop you from using the database, though some measurement and ad personalization features will no longer work.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website and other websites.

Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

GodPack links out to third-party marketplaces and websites, including TCGplayer, for pricing and purchase information. Those sites are operated independently of us and have their own privacy policies and cookie practices. We are not responsible for the content or data handling of any external site, and we encourage you to read their policies before providing information to them.

GodPack is a reference database intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our contact form, email info@godpackhq.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the site changes or as legal requirements evolve. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of GodPack after an update means you accept the revised policy.
